Doomsday messages frequently occur in our everyday life. You will find them everywhere, from the news you read in the morning to the film you watch in the evening. We are in trouble, this we have understood. A united force of environmental scientists urge us to change before it is too late, but instead of it leading to action, it more often seems to lead to confusion. Tiredly, we stand in the supermarket trying to figure out whether to choose organic tomatoes or the locally produced ones. A constant bad conscience.

Changing can be both terrifying and hard. Perhaps we need to be able to believe that it will all be fine, that a sustainable life does not have to be a worse one.

With my contribution to this exhibition I want to show my own version of what a sustainable future could look like.
